Our goal is to provide high quality yoga instruction tailored to the individual in a safe community environment for a reasonable price.

We teach a hatha-based eclectic blend of yoga with an emphasis on being safe in the poses.

Our intent is to keep the muscular and skeletal body in positions that promote good posture with a free and easy breath and, hopefully, a good movement of energy.

We try to work on most of the key areas of the body for a total body experience and awareness.

We also try to include some breath work (pranayama) and meditation.
