Class Times and Information

All classes are mixed level.  Beginners as well as experienced practioners are welcome at any class.  Please wear stretchy, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.  All props (mats, etc.) are provided, but you may bring your own if you prefer.

 

Drop-ins are welcome at all classes.  No need to sign up in advance -- JUST SHOW UP!

 

$10 suggested donation or whatever you can afford.  No one is turned away for inability to pay.

 

Group classes and one-on-one instruction also available.

 

Tuesday:            5:30pm

Wednesday:      6:30am

Thursday:          5:30pm

Saturday:           7:30am

 

Classes last one hour and fifteen minutes.
